Printing Problems?

If you are having trouble with the print format of your purchased product, please try these steps.

1. The product will open by default in a new browser window. If the formatting looks off inside the print dialog, the product will not print properly from here.
2. To remedy the problem, you will need to download the file to your computer. In the upper right hand corner of the browser window, you will see three icons: three vertical dots, a printer icon, and a down arrow. The down arrow will force the file to download to your computer. Click the down arrow and select a location where you can easily access the file.
3. Minimize your browser and navigate to the file’s location on your computer. The PDF should open in Adobe or another PDF viewer. Your file should print properly from here.
