My Reading Resources is a family business. It was founded as a Teachers Pay Teachers store in 2011 by Cynthia as a way to combine a love of books with her desire to create quality materials that help make teachers’ lives easier.

In 2016, Cynthia’s daughter, Brandi, joined the team with a goal to help take My Reading Resources to the next level by standardizing formatting and implementing a clear aesthetic throughout the brand. After that was complete, her focus shifted to digital content creation – ensuring that every product is fully integrated into Google Drive so that teachers can have the option of both printable and digital materials.

Now retired from teaching, Cynthia continues to do what she loves, focusing on reading and content creation. Brandi continues to work behind the scenes to ensure that every product is polished, digital-ready, and meets My Reading Resources quality standards.

All of our products download as a PDF file. Most (with the exception of readers’ theater scripts) include links to Google digital resources, allowing you to choose the format that works best for you and your students.
