Printing Problems
If you are having trouble with the print format of your product, please try these steps.
- The product will open by default in a new browser window. If the formatting looks off inside the print dialog, the product will not print properly from here.
- To remedy the problem, you will need to download the file to your computer. In the upper right hand corner of the browser window, you will see three icons: three vertical dots, a printer icon, and a down arrow. The down arrow will force the file to download to your computer. Click the down arrow and select a location where you can easily access the file.
- Minimize your browser and navigate to the file’s location on your computer. The PDF should open in Adobe or another PDF viewer. Your file should print properly from here.
- If this does not fix your problem, please contact us through our contact form.
Digital Products
There are many definitions of a digital product. We want to be clear about what you can expect from our products.
Each of our products contain both PRINT & DIGITAL resources. You will receive a PDF file that contains all of the printable materials. Each resource will contain a GOING DIGITAL page in the early pages of the product that will contain links to the Google Drive digital versions of the student resources.
Student packets and classroom activities will generally be a Google Slides file. We have added text boxes that will allow students to go in and fill in their answers with no additional work for the teacher or student.
Assessments are Google Forms files. These are ready to assign and are self-grading (with the exception of a few fill-in-the-blank assessments that will require manual review). You also have the ability to add questions to the assessment or remove questions if you see fit.
Most products also contain a Google Sheets vocabulary list that will allow you to easily import the list into other programs or apps to create your own vocabulary reviews or games.
Refunds
In most cases, digital goods are not eligible for a refund. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us with your concerns and/or complaints. We are happy to make edits or modifications (within reason) to give you a product that meets your needs.
Upgrading a product?
If you have purchased an assessment or standalone novel study and later wish to upgrade your purchase to a product or bundle containing that previously purchased item, we are happy to send you a coupon code that can be used to purchase the upgraded product at a discounted price. Note: Your original purchase will be verified and the coupon code will only be valid for the upgraded item.
I want to edit my PDF, but I need a password.
Our PDFs are password protected to help protect the work we have invested into our products. We will not release this password.
Each product should allow you to insert or delete pages as needed, but you will not be able to make other changes to the document.
If there are additional changes that you need made to your product, please contact us and we will be happy to do what we can to accommodate your request.
I found an answer key posted on the internet.
We attempt ensure that any unauthorized use of our products are removed from public display as soon as possible; however, sometimes we miss something. Please let us know if you find answer keys posted online. We will ensure that they are taken down ASAP.
I love this product! Can I share it with the other teachers in my building?

Can I post a part of your product on my classroom website? Can I use it on Outschool?
Our products are designed and priced for use by a single teacher in their classroom. While the product may be used during multiple class periods by the same teacher in a traditional school setting, our Terms of Use do not allow for commercial use on online learning platforms such as Outschool.
