If you are having trouble with the print format of your purchased product, please try these steps.
- The product will open by default in a new browser window. If the formatting looks off inside the print dialog, the product will not print properly from here.
- To remedy the problem, you will need to download the file to your computer. In the upper right hand corner of the browser window, you will see three icons: three vertical dots, a printer icon, and a down arrow. The down arrow will force the file to download to your computer. Click the down arrow and select a location where you can easily access the file.
- Minimize your browser and navigate to the file’s location on your computer. The PDF should open in Adobe or another PDF viewer. Your file should print properly from here.
